We continuously make improvements and only offer engines that comply with Stage II/Tier 2 and higher. Our engines are developed to meet different emission legislation and at the same time deliver maximum performance and efficiency.
Emission standards
For the China IV and Stage V, Volvo Penta has designed a solution based on Selective Catalytic Reduction and an uncooled EGR. The result is power, low fuel consumption and reduced operational costs.
